He's the only one with noticeable professions, but I seem to do OK, 1-2k or so a week in pure profits. What I do is go on mining circuits, looking specifically for titanium, but getting all saronite and cobalt I find too. Saronite prices are low as hell right now on my server, so since I have plenty of titanium I'm stockpiling it. I make one titansteel per day to sell, 100% profit since I farmed it all. I also spend all my triumph badges and honor on epic gems to cut and sell, and sell all my draon's eyes too. I can sell between 4 and 6 gems per day this way, and it's full profit since that came from heroics. I haven't really tracked my profit-expenditures, but I should start, since I do spend gold on flasks, food mats and other stuff here and there. I only have the 1 80, my warrior. The competition is really strange there. I consider those "booster" markets that will allow you to help establish a solid business elsewhere (think glyphs). Or I use them when things in my main business take a hit (mmo champion newbness). The bags are a lot of work for a decent profit. The effort involved it what is a turnoff for me.
